"Our collective love for Damo Suzuki goes back to May 2002 when the brothers Ledezma (co-founders of No Sé Discos) then group Defender first opened for Damo Suzuki. A lifelong friendship was born when in 2003, Damo Suzuki returned to Chicago this time to perform with Defender as his sound carriers at famed all ages punk club The Fireside Bowl.
